Abstract

Pengelolaan dokumen kebijakan dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) perusahaan masih menghadapi tantangan signifikan, termasuk dokumen yang tersebar, kesulitan pencarian informasi spesifik, dan ketiadaan mekanisme akses real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan chatbot interaktif berbasis Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) sebagai knowledge base untuk manajemen informasi kebijakan dan SOP perusahaan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan platform Flowise yang terintegrasi dengan API ChatGPT, memanfaatkan model GPT-4o-mini untuk generasi respons dan text-embedding-3-large untuk representasi vektor dokumen. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box testing dengan 10 pertanyaan uji yang mencakup berbagai tingkat kompleksitas. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mencapai akurasi respons 100%, skor relevansi rata-rata 4,7 dari skala 5, dan waktu respons antara 4-7 detik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan RAG efektif dalam mengatasi keterbatasan chatbot konvensional untuk menangani dokumen kebijakan yang kompleks. Chatbot yang dikembangkan berpotensi menjadi knowledge base aktif yang menggantikan paradigma pencarian dokumen manual, meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi kebijakan, dan mendukung konsistensi penerapan SOP dalam organisasi.
