Penelitian ini membahas integrasi strategis antara pengembangan manajemen talenta dengan program reskilling dan upskilling sebagai respons terhadap disrupsi teknologi dan perubahan kebutuhan kompetensi tenaga kerja. Pengembangan talenta menjadi semakin penting ketika organisasi menghadapi pergeseran keterampilan yang dipicu oleh digitalisasi, otomatisasi, serta model bisnis baru yang menuntut adaptasi cepat. Dengan pendekatan mixed-methods yang menggabungkan kajian literatur, survei kuantitatif, dan analisis kasus kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen kunci yang memungkinkan organisasi merancang dan menerapkan sistem pengembangan talenta dan pembelajaran yang efektif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan program ditentukan oleh komitmen kepemimpinan, infrastruktur pembelajaran digital, pemetaan kompetensi yang berkelanjutan, serta jalur pembelajaran terpersonalisasi yang selaras dengan tujuan bisnis. Upaya reskilling dan upskilling terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketangkasan tenaga kerja, mobilitas internal, dan peningkatan produktivitas ketika diintegrasikan ke dalam kerangka manajemen talenta yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti hambatan utama, seperti resistensi perubahan, keterbatasan waktu belajar, dan ketidaksesuaian antara materi pelatihan dan kompetensi pekerjaan. Implikasi praktis menekankan pentingnya penguatan budaya belajar, penggunaan analitik SDM berbasis data, serta pengukuran dampak pembelajaran dengan indikator yang jelas untuk memaksimalkan nilai investasi talenta. Secara keseluruhan, integrasi pengembangan talenta dengan reskilling dan upskilling memberikan jalur berkelanjutan bagi organisasi untuk tetap kompetitif dan siap menghadapi masa depan.
