Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan menganalisis strategi Pengembangan Manajemen Talenta yang paling efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di tengah tantangan dan peluang yang ada dalam Era Transformasi Digital. Masalah utama yang dibahas adalah bagaimana perusahaan bisa menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas talenta inti agar tetap relevan dan tetap produktif meski menghadapi perubahan teknologi yang pesat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui studi kasus dan wawancara terhadap manager sumber daya manusia serta karyawan berkualitas di beberapa perusahaan yang sudah menerapkan transformasi digital. Pendekatan ini membantu peneliti mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas mengenai praktik manajemen talenta saat ini serta mengenali kekurangan yang ada. Hasil sementara menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang menekankan pada pembelajaran terus menerus (reskilling dan upskilling), penggunaan platform digital untuk pelatihan dan kerja sama, serta sistem insentif yang bisa beradaptasi dengan perubahan digital, berhubungan erat dengan peningkatan produktivitas karyawan sebesar sekitar 15% pada tim yang diteliti. Temuan ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam setiap bagian pengembangan talenta. Penelitian ini juga memberikan saran nyata bagi organisasi dalam merancang program pengembangan talenta yang cepat bereaksi, bisa diukur, dan mampu mempersiapkan tenaga kerja untuk masa depan digital.
