Peran Sustainable Human Resource Management dalam Mewujudkan Kinerja Organisasi Berkelanjutan (Industri Manufaktur Ramah Lingkungan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi peran strategis Sustainable Human Resource Management (SHRM) dalam mendorong tercapainya kinerja organisasi yang berkelanjutan, terutama di bidang industri manufaktur yang ramah lingkungan. Masalah keberlanjutan semakin menjadi perhatian utama, karena tekanan dari aturan pemerintah, harapan konsumen, serta kelangkaan sumber daya memaksa perusahaan manufaktur untuk mengintegrasikan aspek lingkungan dalam kegiatan operasional mereka. Masalah utama yang dibahas adalah bagaimana praktik SHRM seperti perekrutan yang ramah lingkungan, pelatihan berkelanjutan, penilaian kinerja yang memperhatikan lingkungan, serta sistem pengupahan berdasarkan triple bottom line dapat secara efektif membantu dan meningkatkan kinerja ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan perusahaan secara bersamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 250 orang karyawan dan manajer di berbagai perusahaan manufaktur yang telah memiliki sertifikasi ISO 14001 di wilayah Jawa Barat. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk memeriksa hubungan sebab-akibat antara variabel SHRM dan kinerja berkelanjutan. Hasil awal menunjukkan bahwa penerapan berbagai dimensi SHRM memiliki dampak positif signifikan (p-value < 0.05), terutama terhadap kinerja lingkungan (koefisien jalur 0.48) dan kinerja sosial (koefisien jalur 0.35). Selain itu, kinerja yang baik di bidang lingkungan dan sosial juga berkontribusi secara bersamaan terhadap peningkatan kinerja ekonomi. Kesimpulan sementara menunjukkan bahwa SHRM merupakan hal penting yang harus diterapkan oleh industri manufaktur dalam mencapai keunggulan kompetitif jangka panjang serta berkontribusi pada pembangunan yang berkelanjutan melalui praktik kerja yang lebih tanggung jawab.
