Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan atau Sustainable Human Resource Management (Sustainable HRM) merupakan pendekatan strategis dalam manajemen modern yang mengintegrasikan aspek keberlanjutan sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan ke dalam seluruh fungsi HR. Pendekatan ini lahir sebagai respon terhadap tantangan organisasi di era global yang dihadapkan pada tuntutan efisiensi, produktivitas, kesejahteraan karyawan, serta tanggung jawab jangka panjang terhadap masyarakat. Sustainable HRM berupaya menciptakan praktik HR yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada pencapaian tujuan organisasi, tetapi juga mempertimbangkan keberlangsungan hubungan industrial, perlindungan hak karyawan, pengurangan dampak lingkungan, serta stabilitas operasional jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep dasar Sustainable HRM, mengidentifikasi praktik-praktik HR berkelanjutan yang umum diterapkan di organisasi modern, serta mengevaluasi pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan analisis pada referensi primer lima tahun terakhir yang relevan dengan tema keberlanjutan HR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Sustainable HRM berdampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan employee well-being, retensi karyawan, produktivitas, dan reputasi perusahaan. Selain itu, keberhasilan implementasi Sustainable HRM sangat dipengaruhi oleh komitmen kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi yang adaptif, serta integrasi strategi keberlanjutan dalam kebijakan HR. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan perlunya organisasi di Indonesia memperkuat kebijakan HR berkelanjutan agar mampu bersaing secara global.
