Pengembangan Talent Management melalui Strategi Reskilling dan Upskilling: Tinjauan Literatur dalam Perspektif Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia

Perkembangan teknologi, disrupsi digital, dan dinamika lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompleks menuntut organisasi untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia yang adaptif dan berdaya saing. Salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi organisasi adalah kesenjangan keterampilan (skill gap) yang muncul akibat perubahan kebutuhan kompetensi kerja. Dalam konteks tersebut, pengembangan talent management yang terintegrasi dengan strategi reskilling dan upskilling menjadi pendekatan penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau secara sistematis konsep, peran, serta penerapan Talent Management Development melalui strategi reskilling dan upskilling berdasarkan kajian literatur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan menganalisis artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional bereputasi yang dipublikasikan dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi talent management yang efektif, didukung oleh program reskilling dan upskilling yang berkelanjutan, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi karyawan, kinerja organisasi, serta kesiapan menghadapi perubahan teknologi dan pasar kerja. Selain itu, integrasi strategi pengembangan talenta dengan kebutuhan organisasi mampu meningkatkan retensi karyawan dan memperkuat keberlanjutan organisasi dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi akademis dan praktis dalam pengembangan kebijakan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang strategis dan berorientasi masa depan.
