Kesejahteraan karyawan (employee well-being) dan kesehatan mental merupakan aspek fundamental yang menentukan produktivitas, kinerja, dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Dalam konteks lingkungan kerja modern yang semakin kompetitif, tekanan pekerjaan, tuntutan tugas yang meningkat, serta ketidakpastian ekonomi dapat memengaruhi kondisi psikologis karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan dan kesehatan mental karyawan, termasuk beban kerja, dukungan organisasi, keseimbangan kerja–kehidupan (work-life balance), serta iklim kerja. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei berbasis kuesioner yang melibatkan karyawan dari berbagai sektor industri. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dari atasan dan rekan kerja, desain pekerjaan yang adil, serta kebijakan organisasi yang pro-kesejahteraan memiliki korelasi positif yang signifikan terhadap kesehatan mental karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi manajemen yang menempatkan well-being sebagai prioritas, seperti penyediaan program kesehatan mental, pelatihan manajemen stres, dan fleksibilitas kerja. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi organisasi dalam merancang kebijakan yang mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis dan performa kerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan.
