Abstract

Keterlibatan karyawan menggambarkan seberapa dalam karyawan terhubung secara emosional, mental, dan perilaku dengan pekerjaan dan organisasi yang mereka tempati. Artikel ini akan mengulas secara rinci arti dari keterlibatan, faktor-faktor yang membentuknya, serta peran keterlibatan karyawan dalam pencapaian kinerja suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang berdasarkan kajian pustaka untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara keterlibatan dan hasil kerja. Diskusi ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan dipengaruhi tidak hanya oleh motivasi dari dalam diri tetapi juga oleh kualitas kepemimpinan, struktur pekerjaan, budaya organisasi, dan kesempatan untuk berkembang. Saat keterlibatan kuat, karyawan menunjukkan semangat kerja yang tinggi, antusiasme untuk berkontribusi, dan kesetiaan terhadap organisasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keterlibatan adalah unsur penting yang diperlukan untuk membangun sumber daya manusia yang produktif dan bersaing.
