Implementasi Kebijakan Well Being Untuk Mengurangi Stres Dan Bornout Karyawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah bagaimana kebijakan well-being diterapkan dalam organisasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap penurunan stres serta burnout pada karyawan. Fenomena meningkatnya stres kerja dan burnout di berbagai tempat kerja dipicu oleh beban tugas yang tinggi, dinamika perubahan organisasi, serta kondisi kerja yang tidak stabil. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi kasus, penelitian ini menggali pengalaman langsung karyawan serta efektivitas kebijakan well-being yang dijalankan perusahaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan analisis dokumen kebijakan. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa berbagai program well-being, seperti layanan konseling psikologis, fleksibilitas waktu kerja, kegiatan pendukung kesehatan mental, serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang positif, berkontribusi dalam menurunkan tingkat stres dan gejala burnout. Meskipun demikian, keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan sangat bergantung pada dukungan manajemen, konsistensi pelaksanaan, dan bagaimana karyawan memaknai manfaat program tersebut. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya membangun budaya organisasi yang mendukung well-being serta melakukan evaluasi secara berkelanjutan agar kebijakan dapat berjalan efektif.
