Sustainable HRM sebagai Dasar Pengembangan Praktik HR yang Berkelanjutan

Peran Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Berkelanjutan sebagai pendekatan strategis dalam mengintegrasikan dimensi ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan ke dalam praktik pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Masalah utama yang diidentifikasi adalah rendahnya penerapan prinsip keberlanjutan dalam kebijakan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia pada banyak organisasi, yang menyebabkan lemahnya loyalitas karyawan, menurunnya kinerja lingkungan, serta kurang optimalnya pencapaian tujuan keberlanjutan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka sistematis melalui empat tahap, yaitu pencarian literatur, seleksi sumber relevan, analisis konten, dan penyusunan temuan dari berbagai publikasi nasional dan internasional. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Berkelanjutan mampu meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan hingga 30–40 persen, meningkatkan kinerja lingkungan melalui praktik pengelolaan sumber daya manusia berbasis lingkungan, serta memperkuat ketahanan organisasi melalui pemberdayaan dan peningkatan keamanan psikologis karyawan. Selain itu, rekrutmen berbasis keberlanjutan terbukti meningkatkan kesesuaian nilai antara karyawan dan organisasi, sementara pelatihan berkelanjutan berkontribusi pada penguatan kompetensi jangka panjang. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Berkelanjutan merupakan landasan penting dalam membangun organisasi yang adaptif, etis, dan mampu bertahan dalam jangka panjang.
