Talent Management Development Dan Reskilling Atau Upskilling

Transformasi digital telah mengubah kebutuhan kompetensi tenaga kerja dan menuntut organisasi untuk menerapkan strategi Talent Management yang lebih adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana proses Talent Management, khususnya pada aspek pengembangan, reskilling, dan upskilling, dapat meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan menghadapi perubahan teknologi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui kajian literatur dan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan praktisi bidang sumber daya manusia dari beberapa sektor industri. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Talent Management dalam proses reskilling dan upskilling memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas, kesiapan kompetensi, serta kemampuan adaptasi karyawan. Beberapa faktor penentu keberhasilan meliputi dukungan manajemen puncak, budaya belajar yang kuat, pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran digital, serta sistem evaluasi kinerja yang berkelanjutan. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan sejumlah hambatan, seperti resistensi karyawan terhadap perubahan, keterbatasan anggaran pelatihan, dan kurang optimalnya perencanaan jangka panjang dalam manajemen talenta. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa organisasi perlu mengembangkan strategi reskilling dan upskilling yang sistematis, terarah, dan berkesinambungan agar mampu bersaing dalam era digital. Rekomendasi lebih lanjut diberikan untuk memperkuat praktik pengembangan SDM melalui inovasi pelatihan dan peningkatan dukungan manajerial.
