Peran Employee Engagement Terhadap Produktivitas Dan Loyalitas Kinerja Karyawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang employee engagement yang merupakan salah satu faktor strategis yang menentukan keberhasilan organisasi dalam menghadapi dinamika persaingan dan tuntutan kinerja. Keterlibatan karyawan yang tinggi tidak hanya menggambarkan adanya hubungan emosional dan komitmen yang kuat terhadap pekerjaan, tetapi juga mencerminkan sejauh mana karyawan mampu berkontribusi secara optimal terhadap tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi employee engagement, termasuk kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi internal, dan dukungan organisasi, serta menilai dampaknya terhadap kinerja individu maupun efektivitas operasional perusahaan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang berasal dari berbagai unit kerja, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan organisasi dan kualitas kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat engagement karyawan. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan komunikasi yang efektif terbukti mampu memperkuat rasa memiliki, motivasi, serta loyalitas karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan employee engagement merupakan investasi strategis untuk memperkuat keunggulan kompetitif dan memastikan keberlanjutan kinerja organisasi.
