Abstract

Kesejahteraan karyawan (employee well-being) dan kesehatan mental telah menjadi isu kritis dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia modern, terutama akibat perubahan lingkungan kerja yang semakin dinamis, tuntutan pekerjaan yang tinggi, dan tekanan psikologis yang meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan dan kesehatan mental karyawan, serta mengevaluasi peran organisasi dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat secara psikologis. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif melalui analisis literatur terkini dari jurnal-jurnal primer lima tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan karyawan dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja, dukungan organisasi, budaya perusahaan, keamanan kerja, dan keseimbangan kerja–kehidupan. Selain itu, intervensi organisasi seperti employee assistance program, kebijakan fleksibilitas kerja, dan kepemimpinan suportif terbukti memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan mental health karyawan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan bagi organisasi dalam merancang strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lebih humanis dan berkelanjutan.
