Abstract

Penerapan Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi modern yang semakin kompetitif dan dinamis. Beragamnya latar belakang karyawan sering kali menimbulkan tantangan seperti kesenjangan akses, ketidaksetaraan dalam peluang karier, dan kurangnya rasa keterlibatan di lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana implementasi DEI berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap karyawan di berbagai divisi organisasi. Instrumen penelitian mencakup pengukuran persepsi karyawan mengenai keberagaman, keadilan, dan inklusi, serta tingkat kinerja individu. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier untuk melihat hubungan langsung antara variabel. Hasil sementara penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi DEI yang baik mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan hingga sekitar 32%, terutama melalui peningkatan rasa keterlibatan, kepercayaan, dan keadilan yang dirasakan di lingkungan kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kebijakan DEI bukan hanya bentuk komitmen etis organisasi, tetapi juga faktor strategis yang mendorong produktivitas dan efektivitas kerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi organisasi untuk memperkuat kebijakan DEI secara lebih terarah dan berkelanjutan.
