Optimalisasi Digital HR Practices dan HR Analytics dalam Transformasi Teknologi HR untuk Meningkatkan Efektivitas Kinerja Organisasi

Transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia telah menjadi salah satu agenda strategis yang mendorong peningkatan efektivitas organisasi di era bisnis modern. Digital HR Practices, termasuk pemanfaatan Human Resource Analytics dan teknologi berbasis otomatisasi, menghadirkan perubahan mendasar dalam cara organisasi mengelola proses rekrutmen, pengembangan kompetensi, pengukuran kinerja, serta pengambilan keputusan strategis. Implementasi teknologi seperti Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, dan Human Capital Information System (HCIS) telah memungkinkan organisasi memperoleh data yang lebih akurat, cepat, dan terintegrasi untuk menganalisis perilaku karyawan, memprediksi kebutuhan tenaga kerja, serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan HR. Fenomena ini menandai pergeseran signifikan dari praktik HR tradisional menuju pendekatan berbasis data (data-driven HR), sehingga fungsi HR tidak hanya bersifat administratif, tetapi juga berperan sebagai mitra strategis organisas. Meskipun demikian, penerapan Digital HR Practices tidak lepas dari tantangan, seperti kesiapan SDM, integrasi sistem, keamanan data, serta kebutuhan akan literasi digital yang memadai. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai peranan teknologi HR modern dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja organisasi dan kualitas pengambilan keputusan. Melalui kajian literatur terkini, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa organisasi yang menerapkan HR Analytics secara optimal cenderung lebih adaptif, kompetitif, dan mampu meningkatkan employee experience secara berkelanjutan.
