Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan terhadap fungsi sumber daya manusia di berbagai organisasi. Digital HR Practices dan HR Analytics menjadi pendekatan modern yang membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan ketepatan data, efektivitas kerja, serta kualitas pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi teknologi HR, perkembangan analitik dalam pengelolaan SDM, serta tantangan dan dampak yang muncul dalam praktiknya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dari berbagai publikasi akademik, laporan korporasi, dan sumber digital terkait transformasi HR. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang mengadopsi teknologi HR mampu mempercepat proses administrasi, meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan, serta menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih akurat melalui pemanfaatan data. Namun demikian, implementasi teknologi digital juga menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan kompetensi digital, resistensi terhadap perubahan, serta isu keamanan data.
