Pengaruh Program Reskilling dan Upskilling Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang semakin pesat menuntut perusahaan untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia yang adaptif dan kompeten. Perubahan sistem kerja berbasis digital menyebabkan munculnya kesenjangan kompetensi yang harus segera diatasi melalui strategi pengembangan SDM, salah satunya melalui program reskilling dan upskilling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana implementasi program reskilling dan upskilling berperan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi serta kinerja karyawan di lingkungan perusahaan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi yang melibatkan HRD, supervisor, serta karyawan peserta pelatihan. Data dianalisis melalui proses reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang diperkuat dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik untuk memastikan validitas temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program reskilling dan upskilling memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan teknis, pemahaman prosedur kerja baru, serta adaptasi karyawan terhadap teknologi yang diterapkan perusahaan. Karyawan yang mengikuti pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri, inisiatif kerja, dan efektivitas dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Meskipun demikian, pelaksanaan program masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu pelatihan, perbedaan tingkat kesiapan individu, serta kurangnya pendampingan pascapelatihan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa reskilling dan upskilling merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan serta mendukung perusahaan dalam menghadapi tantangan transformasi digital.
