Eksplorasi tentang Peran Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi dalam Memastikan Adopsi Digital HR Practice yang Efektif

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat secara mendalam peran kepemimpinan transformasional dan strategi komunikasi yang efektif dalam mendukung keberhasilan adopsi praktik digital HR di lingkungan organisasi. Transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) seringkali menghadapi penolakan dari dalam organisasi dan kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan teknologi baru, yang menjadi masalah utama dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada perusahaan yang sedang menerapkan inisiatif Digital HR, guna memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih dalam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan para pemimpin, manajer HR, serta karyawan, ditambah analisis dokumen internal. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi model kepemimpinan dan pola komunikasi yang paling efektif dalam mengurangi risiko kegagalan adopsi teknologi HR. Hasil sementara menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang berfokus pada visi, pemberdayaan karyawan, dan pembangunan budaya inovasi, serta strategi komunikasi dua arah yang transparan dan informasi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, secara signifikan meningkatkan kesiapan dan komitmen karyawan terhadap platform HR digital. Keberhasilan adopsi terlihat dari peningkatan penggunaan sistem hingga 85% dan penurunan waktu pemrosesan administrasi HR sebesar 30%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran aktif dan teladan dari kepemimpinan, yang didukung oleh saluran komunikasi yang konsisten, menjadi faktor kritis dalam mencapai keberlanjutan praktik Digital HR.
