Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital dalam beberapa tahun terakhir telah membawa perubahan mendasar dalam cara organisasi mengelola sumber daya manusia. Berbagai inovasi dalam praktik manajemen SDM berbasis digital seperti penggunaan HR Analytics, pemrosesan data secara real-time, dan beragam perangkat teknologi pendukung telah memungkinkan organisasi meningkatkan efektivitas proses internal secara lebih sistematis. Penerapan teknologi tersebut tidak hanya mempermudah tugas administratif, tetapi juga memperluas kapasitas organisasi dalam melakukan analisis yang lebih akurat, sehingga proses pengambilan keputusan dapat didasarkan pada informasi yang objektif dan terukur. Melalui pendekatan ini, pengalaman kerja karyawan dapat dibentuk menjadi lebih responsif, fleksibel, dan sesuai dengan tuntutan lingkungan kerja modern. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengkaji kontribusi praktik HR digital dalam meningkatkan kualitas manajemen sumber daya manusia, terutama melalui pemanfaatan HR Analytics, kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence), dan sistem informasi SDM yang terintegrasi. Kajian dilakukan melalui telaah literatur yang bersumber dari publikasi ilmiah dan referensi otoritatif lainnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa teknologi digital tidak hanya berperan sebagai pendukung operasional, melainkan telah berkembang menjadi instrumen strategis yang membantu organisasi mengantisipasi kebutuhan tenaga kerja, menilai tingkat kinerja secara lebih presisi, serta mempercepat proses transformasi struktural. Lebih jauh, integrasi teknologi dalam fungsi HR terbukti mendorong peningkatan transparansi proses, akurasi perencanaan SDM, dan produktivitas karyawan secara keseluruhan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa organisasi yang mampu memanfaatkan praktik Digital HR secara visioner dan terarah berpotensi memperoleh keunggulan bersaing yang signifikan dalam lanskap ekonomi digital yang terus berkembang.
