Abstract

Perencanaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan proses strategis dalam memastikan ketersediaan tenaga kerja yang tepat, baik dari segi jumlah, kompetensi, maupun kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan organisasi. Pada konteks pendidikan menengah, keberadaan guru dan tenaga kependidikan yang kompeten berperan penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan pembelajaran, penyesuaian kurikulum, serta penguatan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun HR Plan bagi SMA Advent Nias dengan fokus pada proyeksi kebutuhan tenaga kerja, strategi rekrutmen, dan pengembangan SDM untuk periode 2025-2028. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan menganalisis data internal sekolah, observasi kebutuhan tenaga kerja, serta kajian teori SDM pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan tenaga kerja diproyeksikan meningkat dari 35 orang pada tahun 2025 menjadi 45 orang pada 2028. Peningkatan terutama pada guru mata pelajaran inti, guru ekstrakurikuler, serta staf administrasi untuk mendukung digitalisasi layanan. Strategi rekrutmen diarahkan pada seleksi kompetensi, microteaching dan asesmen karakter yang sejalan dengan nilai-nilai sekolah Advent. Sementara itu, pengembangan SDM difokuskan pada pelatihan pedagogik, sertifikasi profesi, mentoring, evaluasi kinerja, dan pembinaan spiritual. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya perencanaan SDM yang komprehensif untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di sekolah.
