Strategi Talent Management Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Organisasi Kajian Literatur

Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali strategi manajemen talenta yang bisa meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara membaca dan menganalisis berbagai referensi seperti artikel akademik, jurnal, dan laporan industri. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menangani tantangan yang muncul akibat persaingan global yang ketat dan fenomena "war for talent", di mana organisasi kesulitan untuk menemukan, mengembangkan, dan mempertahankan orang-orang yang memiliki kemampuan strategis. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, yaitu membaca dan menganalisis berbagai sumber untuk menemukan solusi terbaik dalam mempertahankan dan mengembangkan tenaga kerja. Hasil sementara menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi manajemen talenta yang terpadu dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja organisasi secara signifikan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa hampir 85% dari keberhasilan kinerja organisasi tergantung pada penempatan karyawan yang tepat di posisi strategis serta adanya program pengembangan yang berkelanjutan. Di samping itu, integrasi nilai keberlanjutan dengan manajemen SDM ternyata meningkatkan rasa setia karyawan hingga 70% di berbagai sektor. Dari hasil ini, disimpulkan bahwa manajemen talenta bukan hanya proses rekrutmen, tetapi lebih dari itu, yaitu investasi jangka panjang untuk memastikan organisasi tetap bertahan dan bersaing. Untuk manajemen talenta yang efektif, diperlukan identifikasi bakat, pengembangan keterampilan, serta lingkungan kerja yang inklusif dan adil. Dengan menerapkan strategi ini secara konsisten, organisasi dapat mencapai pertumbuhan kinerja yang tetap stabil meskipun terjadi perubahan pasar yang cepat dan tantangan.
