Analisis Kesejahteraan dan Kesehatan Mental Karyawan Melalui Pendekatan Keberagaman, Kesetaraan dan Inklusi (DEI)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh praktik Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) terhadap employee well-being dan mental health dalam lingkungan kerja modern. Masalah utama yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya tingkat stres, tekanan psikologis, dan ketidakpuasan kerja akibat kurangnya penerapan prinsip keberagaman, keadilan, dan inklusi dalam organisasi. Minimnya dukungan DEI seringkali memunculkan diskriminasi terselubung, ketidaksetaraan peluang, serta rendahnya rasa aman psikologis yang berpengaruh langsung pada kesehatan mental karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei yang disebarkan kepada karyawan dari berbagai sektor untuk mengukur tingkat persepsi mereka terhadap kebijakan DEI serta pengaruhnya terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis dan kondisi mental. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi untuk mengetahui besaran hubungan serta kontribusi masing-masing variabel. Hasil sementara menunjukkan bahwa praktik DEI yang diterapkan secara konsisten mampu meningkatkan employee well-being hingga 35 persen dan menurunkan potensi gangguan mental sebesar 28 persen. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan DEI tidak hanya meningkatkan kenyamanan dan produktivitas kerja, tetapi juga menciptakan iklim kerja yang lebih sehat dan inklusif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi organisasi dalam merumuskan strategi DEI yang efektif untuk mendukung kesehatan mental karyawan.
