Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menciptakan perubahan mendasar terhadap sistem kerja dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di berbagai organisasi. Kebutuhan keterampilan digital menjadi semakin penting untuk menghadapi perubahan teknologi, otomatisasi pekerjaan, dan penggunaan sistem berbasis artificial intelligence. Kondisi tersebut menuntut organisasi melakukan pengembangan talenta melalui strategi reskilling dan upskilling secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan adaptasi, kompetensi digital, dan daya saing organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana talent management development berbasis teknologi dapat mendukung transformasi digital organisasi melalui penggunaan sistem pelatihan seperti learning management system, mobile learning, virtual training, microlearning, dan artificial intelligence based learning. Metode penelitian menggunakan literature review dengan mengkaji sumber ilmiah nasional dan internasional rentang waktu 2018–2024. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa digital learning mampu meningkatkan fleksibilitas pelatihan, cepat mengembangkan keterampilan digital, serta mendukung pembelajaran yang personal dan terukur. Selain itu, pengembangan talenta digital memberikan kontribusi penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi dan menciptakan human capital yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berdaya saing global.
