Abstract

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) semakin menjadi strategi utama dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia modern. Berbagai studi menunjukkan bahwa penerapan DEI berdampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan inovasi, kreativitas, dan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran DEI terhadap peningkatan inovasi dan kinerja organisasi melalui pendekatan studi literatur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keberagaman mampu memperluas perspektif dalam pemecahan masalah dan menghasilkan solusi inovatif. Aspek equity tercermin dalam pemberian akses yang adil sehingga pegawai memiliki kesempatan berkembang secara optimal. Inklusi menciptakan lingkungan aman dan mendukung, yang mempengaruhi motivasi dan kualitas kolaborasi tim. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa organisasi yang menerapkan DEI secara konsisten mampu meningkatkan kinerja, retensi pegawai, serta memperkuat keunggulan kompetitif. Temuan ini menekankan perlunya kebijakan DEI yang terukur, evaluasi berkala, dan kepemimpinan inklusif sebagai faktor kunci keberhasilan jangka panjang.
