Abstract

Di era digital, kemajuan teknologi telah secara signifikan mengubah cara bisnis menangani sumber daya manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana kinerja karyawan di era digital dipengaruhi oleh manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini berfokus pada rekrutmen digital, pelatihan berbasis teknologi, penilaian kinerja daring, dan motivasi kerja dalam konteks digital. Seratus responden yang bekerja di perusahaan di sektor jasa dan teknologi diberi kuesioner untuk diisi sebagai bagian dari proses penelitian kuantitatif. Untuk memastikan sejauh mana faktor-faktor SDM memengaruhi kinerja karyawan, data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh SDM berbasis digital. Pelatihan daring meningkatkan keterampilan dan produktivitas, sistem penilaian berbasis teknologi menawarkan umpan balik yang lebih objektif dan langsung, dan proses perekrutan menggunakan platform digital mempercepat seleksi karyawan yang berkualitas. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja karyawan di masa kini, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya transformasi digital dalam praktik manajemen SDM.
